Shipping Policy

Processing & Ship Times

Orders are queued within 2 hours of checkout. Most orders placed by 2:00 PM ET on business days ship the same day. Holiday closings may affect processing times. For orders over $2,500 or unusually high volume, we reserve the right to obtain freight quotes before shipment.

Where We Ship From

All orders ship from our Connecticut distribution center.

Transit Estimates

We ship via FedEx or UPS Ground. Customers in NY, NJ, and New England can typically expect delivery within 1–2 business days. Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional fee — email us at customerservice@plumbingplanet.com to arrange.

Signature on Delivery

Orders of $1,000 or more automatically require a signature upon delivery. For any order, you may request signature confirmation for a $10 fee — simply select this option in your cart before checkout.

Packaging

All shipments are double-boxed to protect the manufacturer's packaging. Foam-in-place is used for fragile or irregularly shaped items.
