Online Order Cancellation & Returns Policy
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it is processed for shipment. If your order has already shipped, our standard return policy applies. Orders are processed Monday–Friday; orders placed by 2:00 PM EST are typically shipped the same business day.
How to Start a Return
Contact Plumbing Planet Customer Service via our website's Support page to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return label. Returns sent without a Plumbing Planet-issued label are not eligible for credit. Return requests are processed Monday–Friday. Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
Damaged in Transit
If a package shows visible damage upon delivery, refuse it and contact Customer Service immediately — we will arrange a replacement. If damage is discovered after opening, contact us to receive a prepaid return label and RMA. Photos of the damage will help expedite your claim.
Defective Items
If an item is confirmed to be defective, we will provide a replacement. Once you receive your RMA and return label, pack the item securely — preferably in its original packaging — and include all components unless a partial return has been pre-approved. Replacement orders ship once carrier tracking confirms the defective item is in transit. All returns are inspected upon receipt; credit is issued only after condition is confirmed.
Non-Defective Returns
Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. A non-prepaid return label and RMA will be issued. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all parts included. Credit is issued only for items confirmed to be in original, resalable condition upon inspection.
Refused Deliveries
Refuse delivery only if a package shows visible damage. If an undamaged shipment is refused, you will be responsible for all applicable shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee.
Refund Timing
Eligible credits are issued within 10 business days of our receiving the return. We may reach out during processing — delayed responses may delay your credit.
Return Window & RMA Validity
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Defective item returns requested after 30 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Once an RMA and label are issued, the return must be received by us within 30 days or it will not be processed.
